RALAN Privacy Policy
RALAN is developed and operated by Redde Inspire. This Privacy Policy explains how RALAN collects, uses, shares, protects, retains and deletes information when you use the RALAN mobile application and related services.

1. Information RALAN may collect
Account and profile information
This may include your email address or phone number, authentication provider, display name, username, profile photo, home location, date of birth, emergency contact, account preferences and identifiers needed to operate your account.
Precise location and background location
RALAN may collect precise GPS or GNSS location, timestamps, accuracy, altitude, speed, direction and related movement information while an applicable activity or tracking session is active. This collection may continue when RALAN is in the background or when your screen is off so that route recording, Circle safety, Event Command tracking and SOS features can continue reliably.
Circle and live-sharing information
If you join or create a Circle, RALAN may process membership, role, readiness, live location, pace or speed, distance, battery status, safety state, invitations, check-ins and replay-sharing choices. Other authorized Circle participants may see information you choose or are required to share during the session.
Event Command information
For supported events, RALAN may process registration links, participant identity or bib information, tracking consent, live and historical event location, timing, event status and incident information. Event organizers and authorized safety staff may access information necessary to operate the event.
SOS and safety information
When you use SOS, safety check-in or related features, RALAN may process your identity, Circle or event, precise location, emergency-contact information, time, incident status, acknowledgement, resolution and delivery status. Safety features do not guarantee emergency-service response and are not a substitute for contacting local emergency services.
Activities, routes and GPX information
RALAN may store completed activity information such as route points, timestamps, distance, duration, pace or speed, elevation, motion metrics, activity type, photos and planned-route snapshots. Saved routes and imported or exported GPX files may contain precise route geometry, waypoints, elevation and timestamps.
Health Connect and wearable information
With your permission, RALAN may read supported activity information from Health Connect or Apple Health, including workouts, heart rate, active calories and steps. Imported information is stored as private activity history. RALAN may also process provider identifiers, connection status, scopes, encrypted credentials or tokens, sync state, device details and activities from supported wearable providers. Health information is not used for advertising.
Device, push and technical information
RALAN may process push-notification tokens, platform type, app version, device battery information during applicable sharing, delivery status, network or sync errors, security logs and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
2. Why RALAN uses information
Redde Inspire uses information to:
- create, authenticate and maintain your RALAN account;
- record activities, routes and user-selected metrics;
- provide Circle, live-location, Event Command and safety functionality;
- send requested operational, invitation and safety notifications;
- connect approved wearable and health-data services;
- provide subscriptions and enforce feature entitlements;
- prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and technical failures;
- support users, investigate incidents and comply with legal obligations; and
- improve reliability, accessibility and performance without using unnecessary advertising trackers.
3. How information may be shared
RALAN does not sell personal information. Information may be shared:
- with Circle members when required for the live activity and according to applicable sharing choices;
- with event organizers and authorized Event Command staff for event operations and safety;
- with people you intentionally share an activity, route or share card with;
- with emergency contacts or notification providers when you activate applicable safety features;
- with service providers that host, authenticate, store, process, secure or deliver RALAN services;
- when required by law, legal process, safety needs or protection of rights; or
- during a legitimate business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4. Service providers
RALAN may rely on service providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server functions; map and location technology providers; Google Play for Android subscriptions and distribution; push-notification infrastructure; and wearable or health-platform providers you choose to connect. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations as applicable.
5. Security
Redde Inspire uses reasonable technical and organizational controls intended to protect information, including authenticated access, row-level authorization, restricted server credentials, encrypted network transport and access separation. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and credentials, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Retention
RALAN retains information only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, your selected settings, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Live location may be kept only for the applicable operational period or configured history period. Activities and saved routes remain until deleted by you or through account deletion.
After account deletion, user operational data is deleted. Certain event records may be anonymized so event integrity is not broken. Safety or abuse-prevention records may be retained without unnecessary identity information where legitimately required. Limited billing evidence may be retained or pseudonymized for accounting, refund, fraud or dispute purposes. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups expire through their normal lifecycle.
7. Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your account inside RALAN at Settings → Profile & account → Delete account. You can also use the public Account & Data Deletion page if you no longer have app access. Identity verification may be required to prevent unauthorized deletion.
You may also request deletion of selected RALAN-held data without deleting your account. The Account & Data Deletion page explains how to request deletion of categories such as activities, routes, photos, saved location history, Health Connect imports and wearable-provider data.
Deletion removes or anonymizes associated RALAN data as described on that page. Deletion cannot be undone.
8. Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your RALAN account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Google Play. You should cancel an unwanted subscription in Google Play separately. RALAN may retain limited pseudonymous billing evidence where reasonably necessary for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention or disputes.
9. Your controls
Depending on the feature and device, you can manage location, background location, notification, camera, photo, Health Connect, Apple Health and wearable permissions through RALAN or your device settings. You can stop an active tracking session, leave applicable Circles or events, disconnect supported providers, delete supported activities or routes, change sharing preferences and request account deletion.
10. Children’s privacy
RALAN is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child who is not legally permitted to use the service. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information improperly should contact us.
11. International processing
RALAN and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy and data-protection laws may differ. Redde Inspire uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as RALAN changes or legal requirements evolve. The updated date above will identify the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through RALAN or another appropriate channel.
