Delete Your RALAN Account

RALAN — Developed and operated by Redde Inspire

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Delete inside RALAN

RALAN → Settings → Profile & account → Delete account

Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity where supported, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion. RALAN sends the request to a secure server operation; the app does not directly perform privileged account deletion.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You may request deletion of selected RALAN data while keeping your account. Email reddeinspire@gmail.com, preferably from the email address registered to your RALAN account, with the subject RALAN Data Deletion Request.

State which RALAN-held data you want deleted, such as completed activities, saved routes, profile or activity photos, saved location history, Health Connect imports, wearable-provider imports or connections, or other account-linked information. Redde Inspire may request reasonable identity verification before acting on the request.

Some Event Command, safety, subscription, security, dispute, accounting or legally required records may be retained or anonymized as explained in the Privacy Policy. Deleting RALAN's imported copy does not delete source information held by Health Connect, Apple Health or a wearable provider.

2. No longer have access to RALAN?

You can initiate a deletion request by email. The request should preferably come from the email address associated with your RALAN account. Redde Inspire may request reasonable identity verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Request Account Deletion

Do not email passwords, precise-location exports, health information or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Data deleted from RALAN

After verification, deletion removes applicable account-linked information, including:

profile and account information;
activity records and saved routes;
precise location history stored by RALAN;
Circle membership and user data;
applicable SOS user data;
Event Command tracking location and history;
imported activity information, including RALAN-stored Health Connect activity imports;
wearable connections, tokens and credentials;
push and device tokens;
profile and activity photos; and
settings and preferences.

Deleting RALAN’s imported copy does not delete the source information held by Health Connect, Apple Health or a wearable provider.

Limited anonymization and retention

Some shared Event Command or operational records may be anonymized rather than removed when needed to preserve event integrity. Limited safety or abuse-prevention records may be retained without unnecessary identity information where legitimately required. Pseudonymized billing evidence may be retained for accounting, refund, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Data may also persist temporarily in protected backups until normal backup expiry.

Deleting a RALAN account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel an unwanted subscription separately through Google Play.
